Problems, Worries, Complaints
If you have any problems while your child is at school please do not hesitate to contact us. The quicker a problem is discussed with staff, in school, the quicker and easier it can be resolved. If any parent is unhappy with the education that their child is receiving or has any concern relating to the school, attempts should be made to resolve the issue informally at the earliest opportunity and we encourage that you should talk to your child's class teacher immediately.
If, as a parent, you feel that the complaint has not been dealt with appropriately then you should see the Headteacher. If still unsatisfied then contact the Governing Body. We deal with all complaints in accordance with procedures set out by Flying High Trust. If the school cannot resolve any complaint itself, those concerned can ask the Trust to intervene following the steps outlined in the complaint policy.
Availability of staff
As all our teachers work in class, it is best to contact them at 8:35am and/or 3:15pm. The Headteacher or a member of the Senior Leadership Team is always available in the entrance hall from 8:35am every day. We would rather you discuss any issues you may have with a member of staff, no matter how small. Most issues can be resolved quickly and easily this way.
